As director of the market research firm, Bureau of Market & Social Research Ltd (Ghana), Isaac has carried out innovations and route-to-market research and consulting assignments for many blue-chip companies and SMEs across various sectors over the past sixteen years. He has consulted widely for the construction industry, including clients like Consar, Mantrac and some of the cement-producing companies in the country. In the FMCG sector, he has consulted for companies within the personal care, beverages, snacks/biscuits, confectioneries, condiments, and savoury foods markets. He has conducted these different types of commercial research for multinational brands operating across Ghana, Guinea Conakry, and Nigeria, helping these brands achieve exponential growth in their respective markets.
Other organisations he has consulted for include Samsung C&T, Diageo (Guinness Ghana Brewery Ltd), CFAO, L’Oreal, Weave Ghana Ltd, Nutrifoods Ghana Ltd, Nestle, Olam Ghana Ltd, Godrej (Nigeria and Kenya), Caraway Foods (Nigeria), CFAO, Petrosol, CBG, Fidelity Bank, Access Bank, and many others.
Isaac has also led many private sector development assignments in Ghana. Until 2021, he served as the Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for RDF Ghana (an agricultural credit fund supported by DANIDA). He has developed SME financing models for SMEs in the WASH sector for the Royal Netherlands Embassy and has been involved in value-chain research within the iodated salt market for Unicef. Isaac speaks regularly at marketing conferences on the critical role of marketing research in marketing practice.
