Mr. Frank Adu Jnr. is a distinguished figure in the financial world, known for his impactful career in the banking sector. With over three decades of experience, he served as the Managing Director and CEO of CAL Bank PLC for a notable 20-year period, during which he demonstrated exemplary leadership and financial expertise.

Currently, Mr. Adu holds prominent positions on the boards of Legacy Bonds Limited (LBL), Quality Insurance Company Limited (QIC), TLG Capital, the University of Ghana Enterprises Limited (UGEL), the GAB Health Insurance Company Limited (GHIC), Mojo Payments Limited, and Lead for Ghana (LFG). His influence extends beyond the financial sector into healthcare and education, having previously served as Chairman of the National Health Insurance Council and the Ghana Stock Exchange.

Mr. Adu is Chairman and Co-Founder of The Roman Ridge School, a premier educational institution that embodies his passion for quality education and youth development. His commitment to education was recognised with an Honorary Doctorate Degree from the University of Ghana in 2013. Also, the Ghana Institute of Architects honoured him with an Honorary Membership in 2021 for his contributions to the field of architecture in Ghana.
